How it works

Set guardrails per contact
Choose allowed time windows (including overnight ranges), add must-confirm questions, and toggle guard on/off per contact.
Intercept before send
If you try to text outside the window, you’ll get a gentle block with one-time override. Then answer your check-questions.
Hand off to native SMS
After confirmations, we open your device’s composer with recipient + message prefilled. You always tap Send.

Note: iOS/Android restrict true interception. No auto-sending.

Can you intercept texts from the Messages app?
No. iOS/Android don’t allow interception or auto-sending from the system app. We guide you first, then open the native composer so you tap Send.
Do you read or store my messages?
No. Your content stays on your device and is handed to the OS composer.
Does it work for email or DMs?
The guard flow can wrap any compose action. Email/DM integrations are on the roadmap.
